To start, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Then, grease a 9-inch (23 cm) pie plate with butter or nonstick cooking spray. Next, prepare the quiche crust by combining 1 cup (130 g) all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons (30 g) cold butter, and ¼ teaspoon (1.25 g) salt in a medium bowl. Use a fork or pastry blender to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gently press the mixture into the prepared pie plate and bake for 15 minutes.

Once the crust has finished baking, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool slightly. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Start by melting 2 tablespoons (30 g) butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once melted, add 1 cup (150 g) diced turkey and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then, add ½ cup (50 g) chopped onion, ½ cup (60 g) chopped bell pepper, and ¼ teaspoon (1.25 g) garlic powder. Cook for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the mixture from the heat and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together 4 eggs and ½ cup (115 ml) heavy cream. Season with ½ teaspoon (2.5 g) each of salt and pepper. Then, stir in the cooked turkey and vegetables, 1 cup (120 g) shredded cheese, and ½ cup (30 g) chopped fresh parsley. Pour the filling into the pre-baked crust and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and set. Let the quiche cool for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
